DAICRETE introduced RICOS Generative CAE into the design process for anchor panels used to reinforce slopes.

The required dimensions and load capacity of an anchor panel vary depending on the installation site. For non-standard products, engineers previously had to adjust multiple parameters manually while repeatedly running simulations and preparing drawings. Designing a single product could take more than one week.

With RICOS Generative CAE, engineers enter the relevant design conditions, and the system automatically generates and evaluates geometries that satisfy those requirements.

Following implementation, the initial setup and input process can be completed in approximately 20 minutes, after which the system performs optimization calculations over approximately one and a half days to produce design candidates.

The solution reduces the workload placed on designers while shortening the time required to provide customers with design proposals and quotations. It also enables the exploration of designs that satisfy a broader range of requirements.
