Automotive | Cabin Airflow | AI-Powered CAE and Optimization

RICOS and Mazda began evaluating an optimization approach using AI-powered CAE algorithms.

The project applies AI-powered CAE and optimization techniques to Mazda’s research and development of airflow inside vehicle cabins. Its objective is to identify airflow patterns that meet defined requirements and improve the efficiency of investigating the underlying physical phenomena.

By combining rapid simulation prediction with the optimization of design conditions, the initiative supports efforts to improve cabin comfort while reducing the energy required for climate control.
